Senior/Principal Scientist
10+ years of experience in CRO with hands-on experience in LCMS/Prep. HPLC/NMR/HPLC method development for NCE Molecules in analytical scale. Proficiency in various purification techniques. Strong understanding of various column chemistries. Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration. Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists. Provide guidance and support across different shifts to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team. Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

- Have a passion for Prep. HPLC/LCMS /NMR/HPLC analysis and characterization techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
