Build backend systems for Gushwork's agentic-AI platform that helps B2B companies improve discoverability across AI answer engines and search experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services; solve scalability and platform problems; work closely with product and engineering teams; ship production features quickly; contribute to architecture and engineering quality in a high-growth startup.
Requirements
- Professional backend software engineering experience; strong hands-on coding ability; experience building production systems and APIs; ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment; strong problem-solving fundamentals.
