Senior Product Manager - Subscriptions

London · Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for how free users become aware of, experience, and develop intent for Premium, driving consideration, conversion intent, and subscriber growth across segments and markets.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from early concept through global rollout.
  • Drive experiments that deepen our understanding of what makes users want Premium and measurably move free users closer to a purchase decision.
  • Turn behavioral, funnel, and market data into clear hypotheses, define meaningful success metrics, and build a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
  • Design rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate funnel changes against strong baselines, scaling approaches that demonstrably work across markets and segments.
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs across user value, revenue impact, regional nuance, and operational complexity, knowing when a simple flow change is enough and when a deeper platform capability is needed.
  • Partner with marketing, research, and regional teams to adapt value positioning and messaging for different markets, competitive landscapes, and user needs, including high-growth emerging markets where the path to Premium may look fundamentally different.
  • Communicate strategy, results, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders, translating funnel mechanics and subscription economics into business impact and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • You have a strong track record in product management and have shipped consumer-facing products or features at scale, with experience that translates well to subscription, marketplace, consumer growth, or media environments.
  • You have strong instincts for consumer value and what makes a product feel worth paying for, and understand how perception, positioning, and product experience work together to influence willingness to pay.
  • You can break down the path from awareness to conversion, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and connect product decisions to downstream revenue outcomes such as ARPU, LTV, and net subscriber growth.
  • You're fluent in experimentation and A/B testing and are confident interpreting funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis to make thoughtful prioritization decisions.
  • You know how to navigate the complexity of a global consumer business across different segments, markets, and competitive dynamics, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • You bring strong judgment about when to optimize, when to invest more deeply, and when to leave something alone, balancing user value, revenue impact, and operational cost.
  • You're a clear communicator and collaborative partner across product, design, engineering, marketing, research, data science, and regional teams, and you can align people around shared outcomes.
  • You're comfortable working through open-ended problems, learning quickly through experimentation, and adapting your approach based on evidence.
  • This role is based in London, United Kingdom or Stockholm, Sweden.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
