Job description
We’re looking for a PHP & Laravel Developer Intern who enjoys building real-world web applications and wants hands-on experience working on live projects. You’ll work alongside our development team to build, improve, and maintain backend systems using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and REST APIs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP & Laravel
- Build and integrate REST APIs
- Work with MySQL databases
- Implement authentication, validation, and backend business logic
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Debug and resolve application issues
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control
- Collaborate with frontend developers and the product team
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP
- Understanding of the Laravel framework
- Familiarity with MySQL
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub
- Understanding of MVC architecture
- Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
